Transformation Group

Whenever 3 or more individuals come together, internal struggles that hold us back in life naturally surface, which is why group work is so powerful. Within this sacred space, participants learn how to feel safe sharing, being seen and flourish in extraordinary ways, which can bring about life-lasting transformations.

This group is designed to:

· strengthen participants’ knowledge of identifying and processing problematic thoughts and emotions

· work with self-love, compassion, and personal power to create a healthy internal dialog and self-care to support their transformation 

· walk out of co-dependency, honor their feelings, wants and desires, and in turn, honor the same in others and learn how to create healthy boundaries. 

· and much more

Group is intended to be intense, supportive, transformative, healing, and grounding, all within a safe space. Utilizing dialog, sharing, feedback, visualizations, experiential exercises and creative tools, we will explore issues, strengths, how to find your voice and other powerful life skills. 

Group can also help participants … Learn to be more comfortable in social situations, more authentic in relationships, release the shame which fuels regret and self-doubt, understand how by having expectations and attachments we set ourselves up to feel disappointed and inadvertently reinforce self-limiting beliefs and recognize and release self-defeating behaviors. 

This Group meets every 4 weeks for a total of 9 groups.  Wednesday, Nov 6th, Nov 20th, Dec 18th, 2019, Jan 15th, Feb 12th, March 11th, April 8th, May 6th & June 3rd, 2020  Time: 6:30 to 9:00 pm  The cost of each group meeting is $90

    Before I joined the group, I felt scattered and unsure of myself. My goal in the group was to stay focused on the truth, and to live my life with personal integrity. Donna helped me to do that by challenging me to be present and to be honest when I shared my feelings. During each session  I worked through the issues and feelings I brought  with me that day.
