      Shamanic Studies Professional Program

Your Journey Continues Here

This program is designed for students with at least 3 years of experience working with clients in a helping or personal growth profession.
Having completed the first eight months of Shamanic Studies, we now bring together the shamanic foundation you have developed with the experience and skills you already bring to working with clients.

Drawing from Donna's more than 30 years of experience working with clients, this part of the program moves into the core shamanic techniques of Extraction, Spirit of Trauma, Soul Retrieval, and Death & Dying.

The Professional Program builds upon the experience and skills you already bring to working with clients. Your years of working with others have developed your ability to hold space, be present with another person's process, and recognize when something deeper is ready to emerge.

This track brings those abilities into your shamanic training, teaching you how to facilitate the techniques at greater depth and expand your capacity to work with what unfolds during a shamanic session.
Each course combines teaching, demonstration, direct experience, and hands-on practice.

The learning continues between classes as students practice what they have learned, bringing their experiences, insights, and questions back into the classroom.

Extraction

4 Days of Training Over Two Weekends

Extraction is the shamanic process of clearing, releasing, and transmuting energetic blockages or intrusions that interfere with the natural flow of our energy and our ability to fully access the essence of who we are.
During this course, students will explore a variety of Extraction techniques and deepen their understanding and experience of working as a hollow bone with Spirit and their helping spirits to safely and responsibly facilitate this work with others.

Spirit of Trauma

2 Days of Training

Spirit of Trauma is a powerful shamanic technique for working with generational trauma and the ways it can continue to influence our lives. Through this process, ancestral trauma is identified, released, and cleared from the generational line, allowing us to then work with trauma from our own lifetime that the generational trauma had been keeping us from healing.
During this course, students will learn how to facilitate the Spirit of Trauma process, working with intention, the ancestors, and ancestral fire to support both ancestral and personal healing.

Soul Retrieval

4 Days of Training Over Two Weekends

Soul Retrieval is a shamanic process of returning parts of our soul, our innate qualities and gifts, that may have left during trauma or overwhelming experiences we were unable to process and recover from, as a means of protection. Through journeying with Spirit and our helping spirits, the practitioner seeks the soul parts that are ready to return, creating an opportunity to return to greater wholeness, reconnect with soul strengths and knowledge, and deepen our relationship with Self and Source.
During this course, students will learn Soul Retrieval as a three-session process. The work begins with Extraction to prepare and clear the energetic space, followed by the Soul Retrieval itself. The final session focuses on welcoming home the returned soul
parts and supporting their integration into the person's life.

Death & Dying

4 Days of Training Over Two Weekends

Death & Dying explores death as a natural and sacred part of the cycle of life. Students will explore shamanic perspectives on death, while learning ways to support those who are dying, both in person and energetically, and to assist souls in their transition from this life.
This course also teaches Spirit Release/Depossession work, approaching souls who have not crossed over as suffering beings rather than something to be feared. Students will learn how to compassionately work with Spirit and their helping spirits to
assist them in crossing over.

Walking in Both Worlds

2-Day Final Course

Walking in Both Worlds is a time of integration, honoring, and completion. Throughout the program, students have learned to deepen their relationship with Spirit, work with shamanic practices and techniques, and bring this knowledge into their lives and to others. This final weekend invites them to bring all of these pieces together and explore what it means to truly walk in both worlds.
Through ceremony, reflection, and community, we honor the journey that has unfolded, celebrate each student's completion of the program with the presentation of their certificate, and look toward what comes next as they carry the teachings into their lives and out into the world.
